The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo in Two Tequesta Point
at 808 Brickell Key Drive, #304
in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.195 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $604,000, or 34 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $1.799 million. It was originally listed for $1.425 million when it hit the market in November 2009. The 2,520-square-foot unit has ocean views, new fixtures and is a short-sale listing by Martha Dajer of Swire Realty.
