Jacksonville couple will throw in a Mediterranean cruise if you buy their home

One Jacksonville couple is so tired of waiting for offers on their four-bedroom, custom-built home that they’re willing to throw in a seven-day, all-expenses-paid Mediterranean cruise along with the property for the buyers who ultimately close. William and Sabrina Marlowe have already offered more traditional incentives for buyers like covering closing costs, a home warranty and appliances, and have increased the commission percentages for prospective buyers’ brokers. But it’s been four months without any bites and now the couple, moving because William is in the Marine Corps and needs to relocate to his next duty station, says the cruise “seemed more attractive to buyers in the price range of our home… This is something most everyone would love to go on, but not pay for, especially after just purchasing a home.” [Jacksonville Daily News]
