Emerald View at Vista Center sells for $36M

The Emerald View at Vista Center office complex in West Palm Beach has
been sold for $36 million in a deal that closed Dec. 9. The buyer of the
139,741-square-foot project was KBS Real Estate Investment II, a real
estate investment trust affiliated with KBS Realty Advisors, a national
commercial real estate investment firm. The price worked out to around
$258 per square foot for seller Procacci Development. [SFBJ]
