The $5.95 million Miami-Dade County penthouse saw a $830,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was last listed for $6.78 million after hitting the market in October. The 5,690-square-foot unit has direct ocean and intracoastal views, a 1,000-square-foot terrace and 11-foot ceilings. A beach cabana, two-car garage and two additional parking spots are included.
