The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom condo in the Turnberry Ocean Colony, #3402/3, at 16047 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.95 million Miami-Dade County penthouse saw a $830,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was last listed for $6.78 million after hitting the market in October. The 5,690-square-foot unit has direct ocean and intracoastal views, a 1,000-square-foot terrace and 11-foot ceilings. A beach cabana, two-car garage and two additional parking spots are included. Joelle Oiknine of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
