The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom single-family house at 420 W. Rivo Alto Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.995 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $604,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.599 million when it hit the market in October. The 3,701-square-foot home sits on a 13,382-square-foot waterfront lot on the Venetian Islands and has a heated pool, Tiki hut and attached two-bedroom, two-bathroom guest house.
