Terranova buys part of Lincoln Road

In a joint venture with Acadia Realty Trust, Terranova has purchased a
61,000-square-foot, three-building complex for $52 million. The seller
was an entity controlled by Craig Robins, a developer. Terranova will
oversee leasing and management at the site, which includes tenants such
as Starbucks, Geox Shoes and restaurants SushiSamba and Tacontento. The
space also includes 12,000 square feet of office space. “It is probably a
good buy and probably a good sell,” said Greg Masin, senior director
with Cushman & Wakefield. [SFBJ]
