Palm Beach home sells for $6M

A Palm Beach home at 111 El Brillo Way has been sold for $6.6 million,
according to a warranty deed filed Feb. 18 and recorded Tuesday. The
home was built in 1962 and is the former home of Kenn Karakul, who
bought it for $6 million in March 2007 through a trust named for the
property’s address. The buyer was video-game innovator Ryan Brant,
whose father is a longtime Palm Beach resident. Karakul was represented
by Engel & Voelkers, and Fite Shavell’s Paula Waittmann represented
Brant. The four-bedroom home was originally listed at $7.425 million. [Palm
