CityPlace Tower in contract for over $120M

California-based KBS Realty Advisors has signed a contract to purchase the CityPlace Tower in West Palm Beach for between $120 million and $130 million, according to the Palm Beach Post. The 300,000-square-foot property on Okeechobee Boulevard, near the complex’s entrance, was developed by the Related Companies and Crocker Partners, which tapped Eastdil Secured to help sell it late last year. The 18-story building is around 90 percent leased. [Palm Beach Post]
