Over 3,900-acre site in foreclosure

One of the largest properties to enter foreclosure in the region,
Callery-Judge Grove, could be seized by lender Prudential Industrial
Properties. Prudential filed a foreclosure action March 17 against
Callery-Judge Grove, which is the family-owned company that owns the
farm. The company unsuccessfully tried to get Palm Beach County to
approve a plan to build 10,000 homes, along with 3.8 million square feet
of commercial development, but the plan was rejected. The site is also
part of the Acreage, which is discovered to have a cluster of cancer
