1450 Brickell reaches 65 percent occupancy

Downtown Miami’s 1450 Brickell office tower has signed 34,500 square
feet of new leases, including closed deals with law firm Berger
Singerman, Mora Wealth Management, Key Consulting and Italian ad firm
Armani & Associati. The new lease deals mean the firm has signed 27
tenants, over half of whom are new-to-market tenants. “We have signed 27
tenants and assembled a 65 percent occupancy rate in only 12 months, a
track record that points to the building’s appeal  to office users of
