Jeffrey and Dawn Prosser, who bought their Estate Section home in Palm
Beach 11 years ago, have been evicted from their five-bedroom home at
252 El Bravo Way by order of a federal bankruptcy judge. Jeffrey Prosser
was the owner of Innovative Communications, who has been involved in a
Chapter 11 bankruptcy battle in the U.S. and the U.S. Virgin Islands,
where the eviction ruling was made. The home, which was built in 1929,
was put up for sale on March 1 in an auction in Pennsylvania. A company
named PB Purchase submitted the highest bid of $6.91 million, however
the sale was delayed until a stay was finally denied by the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Third Circuit last week. The home is actually a landmarked estate, having been designed by
architect John Volk, with cast-stone details produced by Mizner
Industries. It also has a 46-story tower and formal gardens. [Palm
