Manalapan home sells for $10 million

An oceanfront mansion at 1920 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan has
been sold for $10 million, according to listing agent Diana Reed of
Illustrated Properties. The 9,000-square-foot home has seven bedrooms
and was built in 2004 by sellers Donald and Marilyn Hedberg. It was on
the market for less than six months, although the buyer was not
disclosed. Manalapan has seen a surge
in high-end home sales of late, including the sale of boxing
promoter Don King’s home for $15.9 million in early June. [Palm
