Law firm Fowler White Boggs has signed an expansion and renewal at the Himmarshee Landing building, according to Colliers
International South Florida. Carol Ellis-Cutler was the tenant representative for
the deal, which involved 16,950 square feet of space at
1200 East Las Olas. “We are not just
moving people from one location to another,” said Terry Russell,
managing shareholder of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. “We’re
actually building something.” Fowler White has 130 attorneys in five
offices in Florida, including Tampa, Fort Myers, Tallahassee and
Jacksonville. Ellis-Cutler said the firm searched for other Class A
options, including the former space of ponzi schemer Scott Rothstein’s
law firm. — Alexander Britell
