Wood Partners plans apartment complex in Delray Beach

Developer Wood Partners is planning a 369-unit, four-story apartment complex at 250 Congress Park Drive in Delray Beach, according to the Sun Sentinel, adding to South Florida’s depleted stock of rental housing.
The $66.5 million project, named Alta Congress, is slated for completion in 2013, with residents expected to move in starting December 2012.
The complex will offer studios to three-bedroom units ranging from 537 square feet to 1,539 square feet. Monthly rents will range from $1,200 to $2,300. [Sun Sentinel]
