Indiana AG sues PBG attorney

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller has sued Palm Beach Gardens
attorney Thomas Matevia for running an allegedly illegal loan modification
company. Zoeller’s complaint involves a company called Legal Home Loan
Solutions, also naming Federal Home Solutions and the Matevia Law Firm as
defendants.
The company allegedly charged as much as $3,150 in upfront fees for
