A home at 254 Tangier Avenue in Palm Beach’s North End has been sold to
John Copeland for $12.47 million, according to a deed filed in Palm
Beach County Circuit Court. The home, which was designed by architect
Thomas Kirchhoff, was sold by a limited liability company headed by
Patrick Carney. “It’s just a classic Georgian Palm Beach house,” said
Kirchhoff. The home, which has a total of 11,225 square feet, replaced a
home built in 1936 by noted architect Maurice Fatio. [Palm
