The home, which has five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms, was most recently listed for sale at $6.4 million, according to the Royal Palm’s in-house website.

The Scaggs bought the property in 2010 for $2 million from the Voelker Trust, the deed indicated.

Theodore won the Hart Memorial Trophy, the NHL’s MVP award, while playing for the Montreal Canadiens.

Theodore signed as a free agent this summer with the Panthers, who play at the BankAtlantic Center in Sunrise.
