SF homes for sale declining

October 05, 2011 09:39AM

Inventory continues to drop throughout South Florida, with Broward and
Palm Beach counties showing less than half the number of homes for sale
they had a few years ago, according to an update by Keyes’ Chip Rowand
in Weston. “We’re seeing multiple showings and multiple offers if the
homes are priced right,” he said. “We need more inventory.” Data from
CoreLogic last week showed that shadow inventory declined nationally to
1.6 million in July. [Sun
