SF homes for sale declining

Inventory continues to drop throughout South Florida, with Broward and
Palm Beach counties showing less than half the number of homes for sale
they had a few years ago, according to an update by Keyes’ Chip Rowand
in Weston. “We’re seeing multiple showings and multiple offers if the
homes are priced right,” he said. “We need more inventory.” Data from
