Related seizing Miami condo

The Onyx 2 condominium on Biscayne Bay will be handed over to an
affiliate of the Related Group following a $15.3 million foreclosure
judgment on the property. The property, which is located at NE 28 Street
and Biscayne Bay, was involved in a foreclosure action in 2008 by a BNP
Paribas affiliate, until PRH NE 28th Street, a Related affiliate,
acquired the mortgage earlier this summer. [SFBJ]
