King’s Row rental complex heads to auction

King’s Row, the 119-unit rental complex at 1620-1700 Northwest 46th Avenue in Lauderhill, is headed to foreclosure auction, Condo Vultures reported. Lender TotalBank got Broward Circuit Court approval to foreclose on the $19.8 million principal loan and $3.4 million interest accrued by Omas Investment LLC, which purchased the complex for $2.3 million in 2001.

The 89,900-square-foot complex was built in 1970 and consists of two towers with about 63 and 56 units. The online auction for the property will be held Nov. 9. [Condo Vultures]
