Manalapan manse sells for $25M

A home in Manalapan has sold for $25.5 million, the highest total for a
sale in the town in a decade, according to a deed filed in the Palm
Beach County Clerk’s office. The buyer was a Delaware-based investor who
was represented by Sotheby’s International agents Susan Wright and
Cristina Condon. The sellers were Terry and Cynthia Taylor, who bought
the home in 2008 for $21.2 million and performed a series of
renovations. They also own two other properties in the town. The home is
located at 820 South Ocean Boulevard. [Palm
