Bar dismisses David Stern complaint

The complaint against foreclosure attorney David Stern by the Florida
Bar has been dismissed, according to the Sun Sentinel. Stern had been
named in an ethics complaint for allegedly ignoring a court order
involving foreclosure documents, but a Bar spokesperson said the
complaint was dismissed after new facts came to light.  Stern was at the
center of the robo-signing scandal last fall, and his firm, which had
been handling foreclosures for a number of large organizations,
including Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, was terminated by them. [Sun
