Vikings part owner buys Palm Beach condo for $5.48 million

Alan Landis, a part owner of the Minnesota Vikings football team, has
paid $5.48 million for a penthouse condominium apartment at the Parc
Regent in Palm Beach, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. The
sellers were Michael Schmidt and Paul Schmidt Jr., according to a deed
filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court. The home was listed at $8.25
million by Howard Talks of Linda A. Gary Real Estate. Landis was
represented by Lawrence A. Moens of Lawrence A. Moens Associates. The
