Investor sells three Broward properties

A Fort Lauderdale-based investor has sold three properties in Broward County, according to Gregory Matus, regional manager/vice president at the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The properties included the 38-unit Villa Teresa Apartments in Wilton Manors, Royal Palm Apartments in Lauderdale Lakes and Emerald Plaza, a mixed-use property in Dania Beach. Villa Teresa sold for $2.175 million, Royal Palm sold for $1.75 million and Emerald Plaza was purchased for $1.5 million. Royal Palm and Emerald Plaza were both purchased by the same company, an LLC from Lauderdale Lakes. Marcus & Millichap’s Evan Kristol, Still Hunter III and Joseph Thomas represented the seller. — Alexander Britell
