Court documents show Jennifer Kirk, through her company Creative Vacation Solutions, cold called timeshare owners between 2007 and 2009  and claimed to have buyers for the owners’ properties. The company then collected fees between $1,200 and $3,000 from 22,000 victims, who were told the fee covered closing costs that would be reimbursed.

However, none of the victims were refunded and no units were actually sold. Instead, court documents allege Kirk and Creative Vacation Solutions pocketed the money. [SFBJ]
