Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi

Ceebraid-Signal has agreed to a settlement deal with Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi on a lawsuit charging the company with deceptive marketing practices at the Eden condominium project in Boca Raton. The firm has agreed to pay $50,000 to settle the suit, which was initially filed by former Attorney General Bill McCollum. As part of the agreement, Ceebraid-Signal, which is based in West Palm Beach, did not admit any violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practice Act. [SFBJ]
