The most expensive new listing to hit the market today in South Florida is a single-family home at 3090 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan that’s asking $19.95 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 12,000-square-foot home was built with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms in 2000 on a waterfront lot of 65,758 square feet that stretches from the Ocean to the Intracoastal.
