Today’s most expensive new listing in South Florida is an eight-bedroom, eight-bathroom single-family home at 3120 NE 46th Street in Fort Lauderdale, according to Condo Vultures. The 9,401-square-foot home was built in 1997 on a 42,288-square-foot lot that sits on the Intracoastal Way. The home, which was on the market last year before being de-listed in August,  has a glass elevator, a floating staircase and a theater with stadium seating.  Outside there’s a summer kitchen, a pool and a spa. It’s listed for $7.995 million by  Peter Barkin of Intercoastal Realty.
