Colliers International South Florida has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent at 55 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, the firm announced today. According to founding partner Donna Abood, the building will receive some “fresh improvements” and direct marketing over the next 90 days. “We expect the space to be leased very quickly,” she said.
