The 5,157-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was built in 1970 on a 31,303-square-foot, waterfront lot with a pool and 120 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay. It’s listed by Judith Zeder of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell.
