The priciest new listing to hit the market in South Florida today is a condominium unit in the Continuum on South Beach South Tower, at 100 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, that’s asking $2.75 million, according to Condo Vultures. The unit, #1810, has two bedrooms, a den and three bathrooms among its 2,122 square feet. The condo is in a 10-year-old building with 1,000 feet of frontage on the beach, a sports club with a rooftop lap pool and four levels of fitness equipment, three tennis courts, concierge, valet service and beach attendants. The property is listed by Dina Goldentayer of One Sotheby’s International Realty.
