The most expensive new listing to hit the market in South Florida today is a condominium unit in the Santa Maria condo, at 1643 Brickell Avenue in Miami, that’s asking $4.5 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 5,733-square-foot duplex unit, TH3301, has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and a 1,742-square-foot terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. The unit has a private elevator, electric hurricane shutters, walk-in closets and four parking spaces. It’s listed for $4.5 million by Fabian Dominguez of Fortune International Realty.
