The most expensive new listing to come online in South Florida today is a condominium unit in the Apogee at 800 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach that’s asking $9.75 million, according to Condo Vultures. The unit, #2001, has 4,154 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also has a 2,400-square-foot wrap-around terrance with an outdoor shower, summer kitchen and views of the bay, the ocean and the city. The unit comes with a two-and-a-half-car garage in a building with a pool deck, a spa, a fitness center and a private outdoor park. It’s listed by Dora Puig of Puig Werner Real Estate Services.
