Today’s priciest new listing

As previously reported, the priciest new listing in South Florida today is Rosie O’Donnell’s single-family home at 43 Star Island in Miami Beach that’s asking $19.5 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 11,104-square-foot home has 12 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms a fireplace and a large terrace overlooking the water. It sits on a 48,266-square-foot waterfront lot with two seperate private guest houses, a large dock and 203 feet of water frontage. Pablo Alfaro of Ellsinger Wooten Maxwell has the listing.
