Optimism returning to SF real estate market

Optimism is returning to the South Florida real estate market, according to the Palm Beach Post. With more than two dozen projects now on the way, a number of developers who shut down or stalled sites during the downturn are returning to the market with confidence. Ironwood Properties, for example, withdrew on several projects in Palm Beach County, including the Cannery Row development. Now, it’s back, with Cannery Row set to complete the first of three new townhouse buildings in May. “Things are improving in my little part of the world,” said Ironwood President Cary Glickstein.
