South Florida’s most expensive new listing to come online today is a single-family home at 1036 South Greenway Drive in Coral Gables that’s asking $2.5 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 4,576-square-foot home was built in 1936 with four bedroom, four bathrooms and a second-floor terrace that overlooks the garden and the Granada Golf Course. It sits on a three lots totaling 18,750 square feet that are framed by a concrete and iron wall. The home is being listed by Gloria Marina of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell.
