The condo, #1801, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms in its 3,365 square feet and comes with a private elevator entrance and views of the bay, Fisher Island, the Miami skyline and Miami Beach. The building has a private beach and yacht club that features a saltwater pool and a restaurant, a bayfront swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, a fitness center, a media room and a restaurant.
