The most expensive new listing to hit the market in South Florida today is a condominium unit in One Thousand Ocean at 1000 South Ocean Boulevard in Boca Raton that’s asking $9.75 million, according to Condo Vultures. The 5,652-square-foot penthouse apartment, #704, has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private elevator, a media room and a 3,620-square-foot wrap-around terrace with an outdoor kitchen and views of the city, Lake Boca and the Atlantic Shoreline. The condo has a 24-hour fitness center, a yoga studio, an oceanfront swimming pool and sun deck, a catering kitchen, and private parking garages. It’s listed by Maria Scarola of LXR Realty.
