Maurice Fatio-designed Palm Beach home granted landmark status

The home at 220 Via Bellaria in Palm Beach has been granted landmark status by the Palm Beach Town Council, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The property, which was designed by noted architect Maurice Fatio, was built in 1929. “It’s a great house,” said Ted Cooney, chairman of the Landmarks Preservation Commission in Palm Beach. The home has a market value of just under $4 million, according to the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser. [Palm Beach Daily news]
