Aztec arranges $9.2 million refinancing of Miami mobile home park

Aztec has secured $9.15 million in senior debt refinancing on the Colonial Acres Mobile Home Park in Miami, the firm announced today. The transaction was led by Aztec’s Howard Taft, senior managing director and Charles Penan, director. “Colonial Acres Mobile Home Park’s strong ownership and high occupancy were important factors in securing more than $9 million in senior debt financing for this unique community,” Taft said. “The owners now prepare to invest significant dollars in renovating the property, enhancing common areas and parking facilities for the homeowners.” The 296-space mobile home park is located at 9674 NW 10th Avenue and is owned by Liberty Investments. — Alexander Britell
