Developers propose three new Miami Beach residential projects: report

Developers are proposing the construction of three new residential projects in Miami Beach that could mean hundreds of new residential units, according to a report from brokerage and consultancy Condo Vultures. The developers include Related, Crescent Heights and Lionheart Capital, although none has obtained final approval from the government. At least 30 new condo towers have been proposed in South Florida’s coastal regions. Two of the projects will be located in South Beach, while the third, by Lionheart, will be located at the current site of the Miami Heart Institute in Mid Beach, which it purchased in February. — Alexander Britell
