Bellini Williams Island construction moves forward with foundation pour, eyes 2013 completion

The Bellini Williams Island project in Aventura has poured the foundation for its sixth-floor amenities level ahead of its projected completion date of summer 2013. The sixth floor will consist of two residential units, a pool, a fitness center and a spa. The project, the brainchild of developer Martin Margulies, was the first luxury project to break ground of South Florida’s new construction boom in December 2011. — Alexander Britell
