The 3,612-square-foot home was built in 1951 with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and sits on a 21,600 waterfront lot. The property includes a 40-foot by 40-foot beach parcel across the street that has a cabana. It’s listed by Jim McCann of the Corcoran Group.
