Quarterdeck heading to Dania Beach pier

The Quarterdeck restaurant chain has signed a 10-year lease to open a location on Dania Beach’s pier, according to the Sun Sentinel. The proposal, which was approved yesterday by Dania Beach city commissioners, paves the way for the restaurant to open its doors by the end of the summer. “We’re excited to showcase our brand and make it the coolest destination along the Broward coast,” said Paul Flanigan, the founder of the chain. “Its going to be a phenomenal spot.” Several other cities, including Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach, are also planning new eateries on their piers.
