The priciest new listing to hit the South Florida market today is a five-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom single-family home at 10050 West Suburban Drive, Miami-Dade that’s listed for $2.59 million, according to Condo Vultures. The home, which was built in 1988, features a 1,455-square-foot gazebo, marble floors and a summer kitchen. Nancy Jimenez of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell has the listing.
