ISG partners with the Solution Group

Miami-based International Sales Group has partnered with distressed asset rehabilitation firm the Solution Group, which was founded by Camilo Lopez in 2008. Lopez’s firm, which converts distressed homes into rental investment residences, has rehabilitated 800 properties in South Florida and sold them to a pool of buyers focused in Latin America. ISG will now be responsible for selling 200 of the company’s remanning properties, with a focus on potential buyers in Panama, Brazil and Argentina. “With our extensive portfolio of Latin American brokers and buyers, we are confident in the team’s ability to expand the clientele for the Solution Group,” said ISG principal Philip Spiegelman. — Alexander Britell
