Miami’s 444 Brickell adds eight tenants

Miami’s 444 Brickell office tower has secured eight new tenants for a total of 16,500 square feet as it nears completion of an extensive renovation, according to the building’s Colliers International leasing team. The new tenants are Immerge, Avinode, Workbeast, Cinium Holdings, Trusted Translations, Developmed, Martha Rey USA and Aragua Services. The renovations to the 200,000-square-foot office building at 444 Brickell Avenue include the addition of a new lobby, an outdoor plaza, a Capital Grille restaurant, a management office and a mailing center. It’s slated to be completed this summer. “We are excited to see such great activity at the building,” said Randy Olen, a Colliers International South Florida executive vice president. “The combination of competitive rental rates, ideal location and extensive renovations currently underway make 444 Brickell very attractive for companies looking to have a Brickell address.” — Christopher Cameron
