Palm Beach broker sells vintage home and guest house for $6.6 million

A vintage Palm Beach home and its accompanying guest house have been sold by Sotheby’s International Realty agent Suzanne Ainslie and her husband Michael for $6.63 million, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The property, which is located at 415 Seaspray Avenue, was built in 1930 by E.B. Walton. Its guest house was constructed in 1960. The two structures total 8,850 square feet. “We were thinking of listing it,” Ainslie said. “It was bought by a couple who had come to our house for dinner. They loved the house and said if we ever decided to sell it to give them a call.” The couple purchased it through Seaspray Associates, a limited liability company based in Delaware.
