Davie flex space sells to airline firm

Airplane parts and repairs provider Flight Logistics Group has purchased the SF Phillips Fire Sprinklers building in Davie for an undisclosed sum. The 9,785-square-foot property, which is located at 425 SW 148th Avenue, will be the company’s new corporate headquarters. Flight Logistics Group was represented by ComReal’s Keith Darby and Zach Wendelin, while Brenner Real Estate’s Peter Messina represented the seller, Phillips Fire Sprinklers. Flight Logistics Group is moving 15 staff members to the new space. – Alexander Britell
