West Palm Beach’s Regions Financial Tower appoints new leasing agent

Regions Financial Tower in West Palm Beach has appointed CBRE as its exclusive leasing agent, the firm announced today. The 180,000-square-foot tower, which is located at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, was built in 1986. CBRE’s Anthony Librizzi and Joshua Nolan will handle the leasing for owner Ecclestone Organization, which had previously handled marketing in-house. “Our client is committed to building significant value in the Regions Financial Tower asset,” Librizzi said. “We are excited to represent this sophisticated building within the West Palm Beach market.” — Alexander Britell
